Erva’s Heated Bird Bath is energy efficient and money saving! It features a 60 watt heating element, and it’s thermostatically controlled.
The Heated Bird Bath dish is 14” in diameter. The insert, if purchased separately nests in any Erva – or any other – 14″ ring.
This Heated Bird Bath is assembled in the USA at Erva’s factory in Chicago. The thermostat and heating element are manufactured off shore. All other Heated Bird Bath components including the flame retardant black dish, insulation, electric cord, and the metal ring are made in the USA. The thermostat is set to turn the unit on at 38 degrees Fahrenheit and off once it reaches 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
All Erva Heated Bird Baths are made with material certified as flame retardant and non-toxic. All dishes are guaranteed to be BPA free.
Erva Heated Bird Baths might cost a bit more because they use only flame retardant material. Erva Heated Bird Baths also offer fully insulated heating elements which send heat directly upwards, conserving energy.
Full insulation also prevents condensation within the Heated Bird Baths which can corrode the electrical contacts rendering the product inoperable.
Whichever Heated Bird Bath you choose, be sure to verify from the manufacturer that it has been produced with flame retardant materials.
